Student Achievement is thrilled to announce that the City of Baldwin Park is funding a College Exploration Tour for current 10th and 11th grade students this summer. This is a four-day, three-night, all-expenses-paid trip!
24 students from all 3 high schools will travel by tour bus and visit the following college campuses:
CSU Channel Island,
UC Santa Barbara,
CSU San Luis Obispo,
CSU Monterey Bay, and
UC Santa Cruz
The trip will also include historical and cultural activities in the communities of the colleges we will be touring.

Trip Dates: Monday, July 21st-Thursday, July 24th, 2025
All current 10th & 11th grade students are invited to apply to go on this amazing trip!
Application process:
- Students are asked to fill out a Google Form application
- Students are asked to create a Vision Board that expresses, "What I hope to gain from this College Exploration Tour?"
- Poster boards will be available from your School Home Liaison (front office)
- Students will give a 5-minute presentation of their Vision Boards to a small panel
- 24 total students will be selected based on their application, Vision Board, and presentation
